Q: How much does it cost to renew my site?

The annual renewal fee is $90. The fee is due 30 days before your contract expires.

Q: Do you have special rates for Non-Profit Organizations?

We offer FREE Web design for Non-Profit Organizations. Includes up to 6 pages, 5 graphics per page (not counting the logo and banner). Extra pages and Flash development will be subject to extra fees. The organization will be responsible for acquiring their domain name and the annual renewal fees.

Q: What if I want to change something on my site?

Design and/or content changes are an additional fee, generally $30 or $40 per page. The cost of changes varies with the type of change needed (minor or major change) and the length of time required to make the change. Hourly rates may apply.

Q: My site needs a complete makeover. How much will this cost?

A complete makeover will cost the same as the initial set up of your site (if WDE designed your site). Complete makeovers include all basic Web design and layout you provide for the site. Custom photography and new content from materials you provide may incur additional fees. Revisions made at your request - after 30 days from date of email notification of the first publication - are subject to standard rates.

Q: I have a web site that you didn't make. It needs to be completely made over. How much will this cost?

$300 if we use the same basic format. Flash objects and/or audio will be subject to additional fees. Should you want a different format, every page included in your site will also be subject to a $40 per page change fee.

Q: Do you offer template design?

Yes, we offer template design. The fee is $300 and covers design and uploading your site. We will work with you to get the design you desire.

Q: I have a website that is frequently updated and need help keeping the site up to date. What would your fee be?

The amount will vary depending on what's being updated. $50 covers 2-3 minor updates a week, while $75 covers major updates. Fixed monthly rates are available for Contract Services. The fees cover site-wide updates.

Q: I have a web site that is hosted on a free server. How much will it cost to get my own domain name?

$100 for one year. Next question on your mind would be, 'Why so low?' Since WDE is not designing your website, we can get you set up and hand over all the domain information to you! It will then be your responsibility to pay the annual fees. WDE will also keep a copy of your domain information in case it gets misplaced. If you need help uploading your site, WDE will do it for an additional $20! **If for any reason your site goes "off-line"...It will not be the responsibility of WDE to fix the problem.
